Monday-Friday:
7:45am - 1:00pm (closing may vary, hours guarenteed
by appointment only)
I
am open from the above hours M-F guarenteed by appointment
only. My opening hours vary day to day depending on the
appointments I have booked. Pickup and drop off after
those hours may work, but arrangements need to be made
in advance.
PLEASE
NOTE! We no longer offer daycare services. Please plan
to pick up your dogs as soon as their haircuts are done.
We no longer have cages available for your dogs to be
kept in, they need to go home shortly after they are finished.
When you drop off, arrangements will be made for a pickup
time. That time needs to be respected or you may be charged
a $5/hr daycare charge. If you know you will not be available
until a certain time to pick up your pet, please make
arrangments when you book the appointment and make sure
that works for us. Thank you.

Due to
the amount of income lost last year due to missed appointments,
you will be charged $5.00 on your next visit per dog for missed
appointments. You will not be charged if you call at least 24
hours in advance and cancel, and appointments missed due to
unavoidable reasons will be given a grace. Please respect your
appointments!
Please remember that we book up to 3 or more weeks in advance for some breeds in the spring and summer months! Please allow plenty of time when booking your appointments.
Grooming
These prices are general...the actual cost of the
groom will be determined on coat condition, dog behavior,
and type of cut done. These are NOT set prices!

is an additional $20/hr on all breeds

means we will book appointments for these breeds only after
seeing the dog in person and evaluating their coat condition.
At that time we will evaluate the coat and give an estimate
of cost (which may be more or less once the groom is done).
That cost must be paid in advance. If you miss your appointment
or do not reschedule 24 hours in advance, the upfront payment
will not be refunded. We
reserve the right to refuse appointments to any
large or giant breeds that are not kept up with regular grooming.
Please inform the shop when you call that you have a double
coated breed and be prepared to answer a few questions about
your dogs' condition before you book an appointment. These breeds
that are in excellent condition may be much less than listed
above, the cost depends entirely on the condition of the coat
and what is done. I cannot quote without seeing the dog in person
first. Thanks!
